These Website Terms of Use describe the conditions for using www.jtrlogistics.com, operated by JTR Logistics Inc. (“JTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover our public website, downloadable resources, inquiry forms and informational tools.

Please review these terms before using the website. Do not misuse the website or use it for unlawful purposes. Where a feature requires acceptance of these terms, review them before indicating agreement.

Website information and transportation services

The website explains JTR’s approach and provides information to help organizations evaluate potential services. Descriptions of Governed Logistics, Governed Intelligence, Strategic OS and related methods do not by themselves establish a service commitment or guarantee an outcome.

Sending an inquiry, downloading a document or completing a public risk check does not book transportation, reserve capacity, bind a price, create insurance coverage, or authorize JTR to act on your behalf.

Actual services, responsibilities, rates and commitments are governed by the applicable separately agreed terms and mandatory law. These website terms do not amend those agreements, change cargo-claim requirements, or expand or restrict liability under a transportation agreement.

Risk checks, diagnostics and examples

Public risk checks, calculators and examples provide preliminary information based on the inputs, assumptions and scope identified with the tool. Results may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular shipment or operating decision.

A result is not a verified audit, binding quotation, insurance determination, legal opinion, or guarantee of savings, service performance or risk elimination. Confirm the relevant facts and obtain an appropriate assessment before relying on it for a material decision.

Where an output is modeled or illustrative, it should not be read as a realized customer result. Formal diagnostic or advisory work, if agreed, is subject to its own scope and terms.

AI-assisted information

Where an automated or AI-assisted feature is offered, its responses may contain errors or omit context. An automated response is not authority to tender freight, change an operating instruction, approve a commercial commitment or accept a contractual obligation.

Use the agreed operational contact channels for shipment instructions and urgent exceptions. General website tools are not a substitute for those channels.

Your submissions

Provide information you are authorized to share and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate. Do not upload another party’s confidential information or personal information without appropriate authority.

Submitting information does not transfer ownership of it to JTR. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Separate confidentiality or service agreements continue to apply where relevant.

General website forms are not intended for passwords, payment credentials, government identification documents or emergency shipment instructions.

Using and sharing JTR materials

JTR and its licensors retain rights in the website and its content, including applicable copyright and trademark rights.

You may view, download and share unaltered public JTR briefs within your organization and with professional advisers for evaluating JTR, provided that attribution and notices remain intact and any document-specific restrictions are respected.

This permission does not authorize resale, republication as your own work, misleading alterations, or use of JTR’s name or logo to suggest an endorsement or affiliation. Contact us for other uses. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, disrupt website operation, impersonate another party, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

JTR may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect the website or address misuse. Such action does not change obligations under an existing service agreement.

The website may link to third-party resources or platforms. Their operators control their own services and terms. A reference to a provider does not mean that every JTR engagement uses that provider or that the provider has authority to make decisions for JTR or a client.
